STAYING ON PURPOSE
Personal, Professional, Political
3 Thursdays, Sept 17, Sept 24, Oct 1
4:30-6:00pm PDT

Is my vision too unreasonable or impractical? I seem to get it. . . then I lose it. What if I am not enough to make it all happen? How do I stay focused beyond doubt and distractions? Anxieties and endless analysis can overwhelm us.

In the workshop, we’ll practice simple techniques that help reinforce your ability to direct your attention. As common confusions are clarified, you’ll learn how to keep coming back to your internal center. Our time together is engaging and personable. This is real time exploring of your issues and concerns enhanced by your presence and participation. You can also submit questions ahead of time if you will miss a session.

The weekly practices are multi-leveled so you can choose the degree to which you want to challenge yourself. Note, whether your concerns are personal, professional, or political, the same principles can be applied.

Learn how to:

            Become less susceptible to distractions
Develop a practice of coming back to center
Focus on what you do want instead of what you don’t

GREATER POSSIBILITIES
Expand Your Capacities
Saturday, Sept 19, 2026
9:30am-Noon PDT

  • What anchors your life?
  • Does your foundation need retrofitting?
  • Are you fertile soil for seeds of promise?

Scattered thoughts, cross-purposes, distractions, doubts ----so many things diminish our ability to discern greater possibilities. Are you reinforcing what fortifies or what fragments your energy? Don’t collude with your own disempowerment.

In the workshop, we will apply ancient wisdom to modern times. In our highly engaging time together, we focus on you and your concerns.

Learn how to:

  • Respond rather than react
  • Prepare yourself for expanded capacities
  • Be deliberate and diligent in anchoring your awareness
